What’s new on this page?

On 11 December 2024, AUSTRAC released draft AML/CTF Rules for public consultation. These new AML/CTF Rules will affect all law firms who will provide designated services under the AML / CTF Act (as amended). The LIV will be working with the Law Council of Australia to make a submission to AUSTRAC. See more status updates.
