The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) has prepared a submission to the Department of Health and Human Services regarding Child Wellbeing and Safety Information Sharing ("Child Link").

The submission focuses on the importance of protecting vulnerable children and families in Victora by improving information sharing practices and ensuring that such reform does not have the unintended effect of increasing the risk to families, particularly children and young people, and that it is appropriately balanced with the need to protect the rights of children and young people, including their right to privacy.
