The LIV has provided feedback to the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner on the draft professional standards under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic).

The LIV provided feedback on the wording of the draft professional standards to ensure each standard reflects the obligations outlined in the legislation, as well as the practical reality faced by agencies and departments and by individual applicants.
