The LIV Workplace Relations Section has provided employee and employer perspectives to the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia's Jobs and Economic Recovery) Bill 2020.

The LIV Workplace Relations Section has written to the Law Council of Australia (LCA) and provided comment on four of the five proposed areas of reform under the Fair Work Amendment Bill (Supporting Australia's Jobs and Economic Recovery) Bill 2020.

The Bill proposes amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 and covers the following five areas of reform:

  1. casual employment
  2. modern awards
  3. enterprise agreements
  4. greenfields agreements
  5. compliance and enforcement
