The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) has provided additional comments in relation to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

Following the LIV’s initial submission to the Law Council of Australia regarding the Royal Commission into the Aged Care Quality and Safety dated September 2019, the LIV has provided additional comments. These comments concern the transparency of funds distributed through the Aged Care Funding Instrument (‘ACFI’).
