The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) has provided the Law Council of Australia with a submission concerning a review of the Intergovernment Agreement for an Electronic Conveyancing National Law.

In the submission, the LIV supports the Law Council of Australia's proposal to create a new body comprised of appropriate experts to deal with issues surrounding the regulatory governance of electronic conveyancing.
