Your Wellbeing

The Law Institute of Victoria is committed to the wellbeing of those who work in the Victorian legal profession and supporting firms with their workplace health aspirations. We collectively acknowledge the important role being well plays in our profession.

We are all stakeholders in the health and wellbeing of our legal community. We need to adopt a ‘whole of person’ and ‘whole of organisation’ approach when it comes to wellbeing in the law. Physical health, mental health, workplace environment and workplace culture all have a significant part to play both individually and collectively. A shared responsibility between employee and employer is crucial when it comes to a successful workplace health strategy, engagement and outcomes.

This website is designed to provide our members and their organisations with information, tools and events to support wellbeing in the law. We encourage you to use and share this information and these services with your colleagues in the legal profession.

We hope you find it a valuable resource and we welcome your feedback at any time.
