    Mark Bender has lectured at Monash, Swinburne and Deakin universities, been Director of Education, received teaching and research awards, taught and presented papers internationally, conducted research for government and is widely published.

    Samantha Christie has taught intellectual property law, marketing & competition law and worked in private legal practice and in-house as marketing lawyer for a top 100 globally listed FMCG company.

    Susan Carter is an experienced commercial lawyer and lecturer who has taught competition and consumer law and business law to law, business and marketing students at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.

    Simone Lockhart has extensive experience in law and marketing having worked as both a corporate lawyer and in professional services marketing at a leading commercial law firm. Simone teaches at the University of Sydney Business School.
