LIV Arbitrator Directory

The LIV Arbitrators Directory provides details of arbitrators available to conduct arbitrations. Arbitrators are listed together with their contact details and areas of practice and/or specialisation.

What is an arbitration?

An arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution and is a way to resolve disputes outside of the Courts. It is a formal process in which the people in dispute present their case to an independent third person (the arbitrator) and are bound by that person's decision.
