Collect from the Bookshop option
If you purchase online and select to collect your order from the LIV bookshop in person, please allow 48 hours.
Ordering Online
Browse or search for the item you are after. Search boxes are located on every page of the bookshop. When you find an item that interests you, click on the more link for further information.
Click on the Add to cart button. Select the quantity you would like to purchase and if different from the original hit the update button.
This adds the item to your shopping cart and allows you to continue shopping for other items until you are ready to purchase your items at the checkout.
Buy now or Add to Cart
If you only wish to purchase one item click on the Buy now button and you will proceed directly to the summary list of products then click checkout to order the product.
Alternatively, when you select the Add to Cart button to proceed to the summary page to confirm your selection. You can then click the Continue Shopping button to return back to the page you were on.
View Cart or Checkout
Click on the View Cart or Checkout links anytime, no matter where you are on the LIV website. You can then remove or update quantities of the items you have selected, then click the update button to refresh your summary of products.
Checkout Process
The checkout enables you to order and pay for your products online.
Step 1
LIV Membership Discount
You do not need to be a member of the LIV to purchase online. Members of the LIV receive a 10% discount on purchases made through the bookshop. Enter your email and LIV membership password and hit the Next button. Once you have validated your details you can proceed with your purchase.
If you want to be a casual shopper, select Continue as casual shopper. Fields with a red asterisk * must be filled in to complete your order.
Step 2
Billing and Shipping Details
Member details will automatically populate within the Billing fileds. You have the option of updating this information.
Casual shoppers will need to enter in their Billing details manually.
Both members and casual shoppers can nominate an alternative shipping address. Enter in your shipping details and then continue with your purchase.
Step 3
Shipping method
You will be provided with two options 1) Australia Post and 2) DX. The standard charge for Australian orders is 5% of total cost of order. Overseas orders are GST exempt, however final shipping may be subject to change.
Step 4
Checking your order details and entering payment information
Please check that all your details are correct before entering your credit card information. Click the Order Now button to proceed to the final page where your Credit Card details will be required.
An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided.
